Shipping & Returns
Our processing times are between 1 - 3 business days, before we ship them out to the customer. Depending on the shipping methods you select the estimated arrival time will be according to that.
Our standard delivery methods for within the UK is Royal mail 2nd class which can take between 3-5 for arrival time. For international orders we will be using the Royal mail tracked service which can take between 5-10 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a no refund policy, and a 14 days policy. So, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, you must send us an email and your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged, items include, Gift cards, Downloadable software products and CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back unless you have contacted the office and inform them you are sending the goods back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your exchanged will be processed, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will send you an address you can send the item to.
To return your product, you should contact us first via email at email@example.com and then we will mail you an address you can send it to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50 or $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if not used.
